in 2019, HIPPFLOW UG will be converted into HIPPFLOW GMBH with a share capital of 25,000 euros. Sales increase every year and in 2020 reaches 1.000.000 euros

In 2023, HIPPFLOW GMBH became part of HIPPFLOW AG with an authorized capital of 150,000 euros
